FPGA Engineer

We are looking for a talented, motivated, result driven FPGA development engineer to work in a multi-disciplinary environment with likeminded engineers.

What you will do :

  • work closely with the design team to define the functional and performance goals  

  • review specifications, develop designs and define micro-architecture plans

  • work on synthesis / place & route and timing optimization

  • work independently, managing deliverables to align with project goals

  • optimize designs with respect to FPGA limitations

Who you are :

  • you have strong knowledge of CPU and SOC architecture/design and industry standard interfaces

  • you are familiar with FPGA design tool flows: synthesis, partitioning, Place & Route: ISE, Vivado, etc.

  • you are familiar with the latest Xilinx FPGA technologies such as 7 series or Ultrascale+

  • you have experience in scripting/programming - ideally Unix, Tcl, C, C++ including low-level programming (firmware) - Embedded Linux is a plus       

  • you can demonstrate best-practice design methodologies to achieve reliable and high-speed designs over 200MHz internal clock speed

  • you have experience with high speed interface design in FPGA

  • Experience with  MATLAB/Simulink, and Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation are a plus

  • Hardware/system design, tools, debug, lab experience and vendor interface are a plus

  • you can demonstrate dedication, discipline and integrity in your work

  • you have strong analytical skills, creative attitude and enthusiastic team player

  • you have excellent communication skills and have the desire to take on diverse challenges


Qualifications and Education Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or equivalent

  • Over 5 years relevant experience required
