Administrative Officer

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the central office area/ desk – receive and handle telephone calls, coordinate deliveries and shipping, and direct visitors as required

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including accounting encoding and filing

  • Ensure that all employees respect common rules such as time sheet encoding, etc....

  • Take care of all the tasks related to office maintenance and well-being in the company (office supplies order, kitchen inventory, building coordination etc.)

  • Help the communication officer with event/ trip organization

  • Be the point of contact for administrative requests within the company

  • Support our Purchasing Manager with delivery check and follow up

According to profile

Job requirements
  • Be familiar with the office suite (Word, PowerPoint, excel) and Windows

  • Flexible, creative and “can do” attitude

  • Willing to learn and to develop yourself inside a “Technology Company”

  • Fluent in English. French is a plus as well as other languages (written & spoken)

Preferred skills
  • Basic knowledge of networks/ IT

  • Accounting knowledge and experience
